Feb., 1944 Nagoya plant of Fushiman Seisakusho Co., Ltd. was established.
Jan., 1948 Corporate name was changed to Yoshitake Works, Ltd.
Mar., 1953 Tokyo Sales Office was established.
May., 1965 Osaka Sales Office was established.
Sep., 1970 Head-office Plant was reconstructed and Head-office 3rd Plant was newly established.
Oct., 1972 Hiroshima Sales Office and Fukuoka Sales Office were established.
Sep., 1973 Sendai Sales Office was established.
Mar., 1974 Sapporo Sales Office was established.
Sep., 1975 The company was accredited by Japan Water Works Association.

Feb., 2008 Certified "Aichi Quality Company" by Aichi Prefecture.
Jun., 2008 Yoshitake Inc. acquired a manufacturing license of safety valves for China.
Oct., 2016 Hokuriku Sales Office was established.
