Mar., 1937 Nagoya Branch Office of Fushiman Seisakusho Co., Ltd. was established.
Feb., 1944 Nagoya plant of Fushiman Seisakusho Co., Ltd. was established.
Jan., 1948 Corporate name was changed to Yoshitake Works, Ltd.
Mar., 1953 Tokyo Sales Office was established.
May., 1965 Osaka Sales Office was established.
Sep., 1970 Head-office Plant was reconstructed and Head-office 3rd Plant was newly established.
Oct., 1972 Hiroshima Sales Office and Fukuoka Sales Office were established.
Sep., 1973 Sendai Sales Office was established.
Mar., 1974 Sapporo Sales Office was established.
Sep., 1975 The company was accredited by Japan Water Works Association.
Jul., 1978 The company was certified as an inspection plant by Japan Water Works Association.
Jun., 1979 Komaki Delivery Center was newly established.
Oct., 1979 Nagoya Sales Office was established.
Jul., 1980 The plant was authorized to indicate the certificate number of JIS B 8410.
Jun., 1982 Shizuoka Sales Office was established.
Dec., 1982 The Head-office building was completed.
Jun., 1983 The plant was authorized to indicate the certificate number of JIS B 8414.
Oct., 1984 A new factory was built at the site of Komaki Delivery Center, and the name of the center was changed to Komaki Plant.
Sep., 1985 Mutual agency agreement with ARMSTRONG INTERNATIONAL INC. in America was concluded.
Oct., 1985 The amalgamated company named YOSHITAKE-ARMSTRONG, LTD. was established in Japan.
Oct., 1985 The joint venture company named ARMSTRONG-YOSHITAKE, INC. was established in America.
Feb., 1988 Technical Seminar Center (TSC) was newly established at the site of Komaki plant.
Aug., 1989 THAI YOSHITAKE CO.,LTD. was established as an affiliated company in Thailand.
Jun., 1990 Capital participation in EVERLASTING VALVE COMPANY,INC. in America was conducted.
Jul., 1990 Corporate name was changed to Yoshitake Inc.
Oct., 1990 Over-the-counter trading for Yoshitake stocks was started.(JASDAQ)
Apr., 1995 Komaki Plant acquired the certificate of ISO 9001.
Apr., 1996 YOSHITAKE WORKS (THAILAND) LTD. was established as an affiliated company in Thailand.
Jun., 1999 All the business offices of Yoshitake Inc. acquired ISO9001.
Sep., 2000 All the business offices of Yoshitake Inc. acquired ISO14001.
Mar., 2002 Two affiliated companies in Thailand were merged into YOSHITAKE WORKS (THAILAND) LTD.
Apr., 2002 Yoshitake Inc. acquired a Certificate of CE Marking Conformance.
May., 2003 The Head-office Plant was integrated into Komaki Plant.
Aug., 2003 Komaki Plant re-acquired the authorization to indicate its conformance to Japanese Industrial Standards (B8402/8410/8414).
Apr., 2006 Acquisition of KAWAKI MEASURING INSTRUMENT Co., LTD (100%-owned subsidiary).
Feb., 2008 Certified "Aichi Quality Company" by Aichi Prefecture.
Jun., 2008 Yoshitake Inc. acquired a manufacturing license of safety valves for China.
Oct., 2016 Hokuriku Sales Office was established.
Feb., 2020 Yoshitake Inc. switched to EMS Self-declaration instead of ISO14001.
